We are currently still open and accepting / processing orders. We have a temporarily modified return policy in place which supersedes any other return policy information on this site or else. This temporary policy is described below.
Effective 01 April 2020, for an indefinite period, we are no longer accepting returns until the pandemic is over. We will advise customers when this policy ends and we resume our normal returns policy. When we resume accepting returns, any purchases made prior to the resume date will be eligible for the following:
Returns can be made only on actual BPE products; third-party products (e.g., TTi headers) will not be eligible for returns
Part packaging must be unopened; parts must not have been installed
These returns will not be assessed any restock fee
These returns MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by this original return policy notice and the original sales receipt
BPE parts purchased from our distributors must be returned to those distributors (the return policy of the distributor will apply to such purchases)
