REQUIRES OIL PUMP PICKUP (#18348), OIL LEVEL TUBE & OIL LEVEL INDICATOR (#61RA757 & 61RA683)
NOTE: 1-WORKS WITH GERST FRONT SUSPENSON, ALTERKATION FRONT SUSPENSION AND SOME OTHER AFTERMARKET FRONT SUSPENSIONS, FULL SIZE DODGE TRUCKS, THIS PAN WILL WORK WITH CONTROL FREAKS FRONT SUSPENSION
2-MOST APPLICATIONS, REPLACING THE GASKET IS NOT NECESSARY. FACTORY WINDAGE TRAY HAS A PERMA GASKET AFFIXED TO IT. GENERALLY, THOROUGHLY CLEANING OIL RESIDUE FROM WINDAGE TRAY AND OLD SMEAR OF RTV FROM TRAY AND BLOCK IS ALL REQUIRED. DON'T FORGET TO PUT THIN SMEAR OF RTV BACK AT TIMING COVER, AND REAR MAIN SEAL MATING POINTS
3-REAR SUMP PAN IS ONLY 5.5" DEEP
4-ALWAYS CHECK PAN DEPTH AND OIL PICK UP CLEARANCE, ADJUST IF NOT CORRECT. PICKUP SHOULD BE 1/8" FROM BOTTOM OF OIL PAN
5-PIC is very Similar to actual Kit
6-USE 61R065AA OIL PAN BOLT SET WHEN REMOVING A CAST ALUMINUM OIL PAN AND REPLACING IT WITH THIS PAN OR ANY OTHER SHEETMETAL OIL PAN. THIS BOLT KIT IS 5 MM SHORTER THAN BOLTS USED ON CAST ALUMINUM PANS.
7-On Hell Cat Engines you may need to order 62RA205AA Main Stud & 61RA756 Nut on many 6.2L and many 7.0L Hell Cat based engines that originally came with a front sump oil pan (such as Car Engines). The stud and nut supports the extended oil pickup to the center and rear of the engine. NOT INCLUDED. You can use this number on Hell Cat 6.2L, Red Eye, Demon & Helliphant use #64R205AA
8- Torque To Yield, recommended replacement if removed.
Use MOPAR RTV SEALER (5010884AD) for more than excellent sealing ability.
