This Bracket Fits 1970 & Later A Engines With
Factory A/C Brackets & Pulleys.
Direct Sanden Replacement Bracket for all 1970 and Later A-Engines with Factory Installed RV2 or C171 Compressor. Works with All Years of Intakes, Centered & Drivers Side Offset Thermostat Housing Along With All LA & Magnum Crate Engines Produced Before 2003. Must reuse the Factory 3 Groove or 4 Groove Crankshaft and 1 Groove or 2 Groove A/C Water Pump Pulleys found on Factory A/C Engines. Will not work on 2002 and Later Magnum Production Engines.

Compressor Required: BPE7312 Sanden SD7H "Shorty"
Belt Arrangement:2nd Groove out from 3 groove crank to Inner Groove on A/C Compressor to Outer Groove on Alternator
Power Steering is driven off of the 3rd groove out on the crankshaft 3 groove pulley and the around the water pump pulley.
DAMPER REQUIREMENTS: Stock Style Production A-Engine Damper or BPEHB318 Dampers.
Pulley Requirements: WE DO NOT MAKE ANY OF THE FACTORY A/C A-ENGINE PULLEYS
Alternator Bracket Requirement:Must reuse Original swing arm adjustment bracket
Alternator Requirement: Standard Style Chrysler Double V Groove like BPE5303
Compressor Required: BPE7312 Sanden Style CP7H13 "Shorty"
Belt Requirements: BPE7545 or Gates 7545XL HD
Upper Radiator Hose: On some applications, you may try 4730H
NOTE:
A-For a Cleaner installation, we recommend mounting the compressor with both suction & discharge ports, pointing towards right side inner fender. Then use a pair of 45 degree fittings (BLA1312-3 & BLA1313-3) at compressor, and route hoses across top of Alternator.
B-Some (Not All) Aftermarket Aluminum Cylinder Heads will cause you Alternator Clearance & Fitment grief, but installation can be achieved if face of Cylinder head is clearanced.
