TTi HEADERS

Exhaust headers offered by Bouchillon Performance Engineering are available in a raw (mild steel), nickel plated, ceramic coated with thermal barrier, or polished ceramic coated with thermal barrier. Header sets include: headers, header gaskets, header bolts (22 pcs), header reducer adapters with 3-bolt gaskets and hardware.

Please note when ordering headers that we need some additional information about your car before we can fill the order, including:

• Vehicle make
• Vehicle model
• Vehicle year
• Front suspension type (stock K frame or aftermarket tubular)
• Steering type (power or manual)
• Transmission details (manual or automatic)
• Engine size
• Cylinder heads (stock, or if not stock, which manufacturer)
  • Exhaust port size*
• Size exhaust you intend to use (2.5 inch or 3 inch reducers)

* As an example as to why we ask for exhaust port size, consider:

Applications using the 273-318 cylinder heads with the port size of 1.550 x 1.090, will require modification to the ports for our headers to seal properly. Additional material will be added to the ports for headers to seal properly. Modification will be done prior to coating. Please allow additional time for the modification and the coating process, approximately 4-6 weeks. Headers requiring modification is considered a "SPECIAL ORDER".
